TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
STREAMING AD
Internet meets TV - and the commercial becomes interactive as a streaming ad. The existing TV commercial can be integrated int• any advertising medium (regardless of whether it's a UAP advertising medium or a flash layer) and thereby sent directly int• the Internet. Streaming involves additional costs only if the ad is hosted by TOMORROW FOCUS.
HOSTING BY THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS

• The advertising medium is delivered by means of a redirection by the service provider. You should therefore heed the provider's specifications for the delivery of the ad medium.

• An ad should last no longer than 30 seconds.

• The sound should begin only on the basis of a user action (clicking on the "sound on" button).

• As control elements we recommend a "stop", a "pause/play" and a "Sound on/off" button. You should also give users the option of looking at the commercial one more time. The ad cannot be looped automatically, however.

• Use the opportunity to make a range enquiry so that you can guarantee users optimum streaming quality.


HOSTING BY TOMORROW FOCUS

• The streaming ad is implemented with a dart motif. For this form of advertising we require the video file to be implemented in one of the following formats: FLV, AVI, MPEG, MOV, WMV. Please provide us with this file in the best possible quality.

• Please use the dart motif templates when creating the advertising medium. We can also provide you with these on request. We will then integrate the streaming element and encode the video file for you.

• Please note that the specifications for the advertising medium (size and weight) are the same as those for advertising media in which no streaming is implemented.

• An ad should last no longer than 30 seconds.

• The sound should begin only on the basis of a user action (clicking on the "sound on" button).

• As control elements we recommend a "stop", a "pause/play" and a "Sound on/off" button. You should also give users the option of looking at the commercial one more time. The ad cannot be looped automatically, however.

• Please also provide us with a fallback GIF for this form of advertising.

• This form of advertising requires a lead time of 7 working days.

• We will be glad to provide you with further information on request.

FLASH SPECIFICATIONS
Fallback Image:
Fallback Image (GIF or JPG) is necessary for non-Flash users.

getURL variable:
Use the 'clicktag' variable as "get URL"-clickcommand and 'clicktarget' for the definition of the target window (_blank, _self).

Framerate:
Please avoid frame rates higher than 15 fps.

Sound:
Sound is allowed only through user interaction (click on button "sound on" or an explicit symbol, such as speakers). Furthermore the opportunity should be provided for the sound to be deactivated at any time. We suggest 2 repetitions for sound loops.

W-Mode
To prevent overlapping of Flash Layer ADs please set the parameter wmode to "opaque"
