EXPANDING AD
Expandable Advertising entails advertisements with a change of format. The user can control it by clicking on it or moving the mouse over it or it can be controlled automatically. The initial format is always a UAP format; after being expanded, the advertisement reverts back to this format again.
Expanding Ads are ads which change their size after user interaction. The following ads can run as Expanding Ads: Super Banners, Skyscrapers and ContentAds. We distinguish between:

1. On Click Expandable
The ad expands when the user clicks on a certain button which opens the ad.

2. Mouse Over Expandable
The ad expands when the user uses mouseover interaction.

3. Pre-Expanding
The ad expands once automatically, afterwards as a result of mouseover.

The Super Banner expands from its original size of 728x90 downward to 728x300 px.

• Expanding Skyscraper
The Skyscraper expands to the left from 160x600 to 420x600 px.

• Expanding ContentAd
The ContentAd expands from 300x250 centred downward to 500x500 px.
